All clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment to assess suitability and discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives.

• A consultation does not obligate you to proceed with treatment

 

Medical Information

You must provide accurate and complete medical information, including:

• Medical history

• Medications

• Allergies

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and outcomes, and we cannot be held responsible for complications arising from incomplete disclosure.

 

Treatment Suitability

All treatments are provided at the practitioner’s clinical discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe

• Recommend alternative treatments

 

Appointments & Payments

• We do not require deposits to secure bookings

• Full payment is required at the time of treatment

However, in cases of repeated late cancellations or failure to attend appointments, we reserve the right to:

• Require a deposit for all future bookings

• Decline future appointments if necessary

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Cancellation & Late Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations or failure to attend may be recorded on your account

• Repeat non-attendance may result in a deposit being required for future bookings

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation

 

Results & Expectations

While we aim to achieve the best possible results:

• Outcomes vary between individuals

• Multiple sessions may be required

• No guarantees are made regarding results

Follow-up appointments may be recommended.

 

Aftercare

You will be provided with aftercare instructions following treatment.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may:

• Affect your results

• Increase the risk of complications

We are not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

 

Complications & Liability

All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which will be discussed during your consultation.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aesthetics By Dr Rhea is not liable for:

• Expected side effects

• Individual variation in results

This does not exclude liability for negligence or where prohibited by law.

 

Photographs & Consent

Clinical photographs may be taken for:

• Medical records

• Treatment monitoring

Separate consent will be obtained for use of images in marketing or social media.

 

Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or over to receive aesthetic treatments.

Proof of age may be required.
